This Engineering Pre-Apprenticeship Program provides you with a pathway into the Manufacturing Industry and is targeted towards participants wanting to commence an apprenticeship.
Program Includes:
- No program costs
- A pathway to a future career
- Completion of four units of competency (over two weeks):
- Use engineering workshop machines
- Pull apart and re-assemble engineering mechanisms
- Use electric welding machines
- Use fabrication equipment
- Industry Immersion days/work experience (post completion of above units)
- On completion of program, participants are interviewed by MIGAS Recruitment and Employment Team for possible employment opportunities.
