Who are we looking for?
Working with our client Main Roads WA, we are seeking an Engineering Project Manager based in Bunbury. We have two roles on offer:
- 6 month fixed term contract - seeking 3-8 years experience
- 12 month fixed term contract - seeking 8-15 years experience
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Managing large, or complex regional road projects and contracts
- Manage the scoping, finance, risk and project specific technical investigations in preparation for construction
- Preparing project plans, including risk assessment, communication/stakeholder management plans, financial and procurement planning plans
- Managing project investigations including road design, ground modelling, utilities relocations, land dealings, environmental and heritage approvals
What you will bring to the team:
- Road design and construction experience
- Project and contract management experience in managing resources and leading teams to agreed outcomes

GHD has been appointed by Main Roads Western Australia to deliver a state-wide Operational Asset Management Support Service (AMSS) contract. Under this contract, GHD provides centralised and regional support to assist Main Roads manage and maintain the State Road network.
