About the Role
Continuous growth within our Newcastle head office has arisen the need for a Engineering Projects Manager to join our head office.
This role is perfect for an experienced Senior Control Systems Engineer with extensive Project Management experience who is looking to take that next step in their career. You will be highly skilled at managing project teams for efficient client outcomes on high profile projects.

Candidate Profile:
- Degree in any of; Computer / Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical or similar discipline.
- 10 years’ experience in a hands on engineering role.
- Extensive project management experience in electrical upgrade and systems roll out style projects.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Thrive in the constant energy of meeting project deadlines
- Able to support the manager of the business in the establishment and maintenance of project schedules, resource allocation and cost budgets.
- Have strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form.
- Have leadership experience working with and building multi-disciplinary teams for short and long cycle projects.
Desirable Experience and Skills:
- Client focused with strong communication skills.
- Public sector infrastructure project experience
- PLC/SCADA system design and development.
- Experience with Rockwell, Siemens or Schneider platforms.
