What We Expect:
Bachelor's or master's Degree or equivalent.
At least two years of experience operating CNC machines.
Work as a team in the factory and construction sites.
Current Driver's License.
White Card.
Forklift License (optional).
Flexible working on Saturdays (optional).

Engineering Technologist - Tasks & responsibilities:
Production:
Assuring compliance to health and safety concerns for employees on the site.
Study and manage all the new jobs commencing every week, know exactly the scope of the job.
Correspond with the different measurers and clients to organize the measurement schedule for the jobs.
Formulation of cost plans and preparing budget control strategies.
Studying and expertizing all the types of machinery (such as bridge saws, CNC, Waterjet, and edge polishing machines).
Train the recruits for their respective machinery.
Manage all incoming materials and tools and update the database.
Approve the measurements, programs, and job sheets for the day of production.
Optimizing the jobs based on the machine capabilities and making the production process much efficient.
Production and machinery management.
Quantitative and qualitative analysis based on architectural plans and CAD drawings.
Produce 3D modeling of the kitchens for the jobs, to get it approved by clients.
Communicate the complications involved in all the jobs to the fabricators.
Quality checks the finished products (such as kitchen benches, vanities).
Make sure the team is meeting the production due date and stay ahead of the schedule without any delays.
Installation:
Visit the site before commencing any job, making sure the field crew has a safe and healthy environment.
Organize the different in-house field crew and the subcontractor crew for the jobs available for the day.
Make sure all jobs getting installed on or before the contract due date.
Ensuring the job sheets have been provided to the right crew.
Correspond with different builders and clients to satisfy any requirements, such as access or support from other tradies, for the field crew.
Optimize the job route if more than one job has been allocated for a crew.
Manage rosters for all in-house installers.
Communicate to clients after the job gets done to ensure the quality of work done.
Organize additional transportation if needed.
