Ecocanopy is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Divisional Manager to lead our brand to new heights. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs, driving sales growth, and fostering innovation in a dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
• Lead the division to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives.
• Drive the sales function to achieve consistent double-digit growth year-over-year.
Product Development:
• Spearhead new product development initiatives to ensure Ecocanopy remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize effective communication to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Team Leadership:
• Provide effective leadership to the sales and product development teams, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture.
• Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential.
Sales Growth:
• Utilize various lead generation tools to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and market share within the target market.
Project Management:
• Oversee end-to-end project management for client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Reporting:
• Generate and analyze sales data, providing regular reports to the executive team.
• Make data-driven recommendations to enhance division performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and nurturing relationships with customers and stake holders.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business
growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
