English/Legal Studies Teacher
Marist College Ashgrove is a Catholic day and boarding school for boys in Years 5-12, situated in Brisbane's inner Northern suburbs. Inspired by the work of St Marcellin Champagnat, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent academic and career pathway results for our inclusive community of students.
The College is seeking a suitably qualified, committed and energetic English/Legal Studies Teacher who has a passion for teaching and working as part of an energetic team committed to excellence in the classroom. This is a fixed-term contract for term 2 commencing on 15 April 2024, this contract is covering a staff member on approved leave.
Selection Criteria:
The applicant will have:
- Registration to teach in Queensland.
- Qualifications supporting, and experience in, teaching English and Legal Studies.
- Demonstrated capacity to integrate ICTs into teaching and learning.
- Willingness to contribute to the College's extensive co-curricular program; and
- Commitment to the Catholic and Marist ethos of the College.
