Your new role
In your role as the Project Management Specialist, you will manage the organisation wide PMF and associated processes for application across the organisation. Your task will involve the administration of the organisational Project Management framework (PMF) and system (pmo365).
This is a key position to ensure that projects are managed in a corporate system. You will be motivated to be an internal driving force for positive change and improvements to Project Management and project delivery, working with others to achieve targeted outcomes.
You will report directly to the Coordinator Continuous Improvement. Your impact will influence others to gain their commitment to the Project Management framework.

What you'll need to succeed
- You bring qualifications, certificates, or experience in the application of a Project Management framework, methodology or system. Additionally, you’ve honed your skills through extensive exposure to multifaceted organisations. You are experienced in administering an organisational process or system with the ability to translate a process into an efficient and easy to follow digital workflow. You are experienced Experience in collaboratively implementing new systems and processes within an organisation and have familiarity with Project Management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Influence through data-driven insights is your super power, as you understand that listening is just as crucial as speaking, you excel at engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- You’re on the lookout for a role that allow you to make a tangible impact by leveraging your expertise of digital and technology literacy and experience.
