Our 24/7 Palliative Services aim to ensure people with life-limiting illnesses receive the support and comfort they need to remain at home, surrounded by friends and family they love, for as long as possible. You will have 2 + years Post Grad Enrolled Nursing experience. Using your exceptional assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills, you will provide an optimum standard of best care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.
- 2 + years Post Grad broad experience in an Enrolled Nurse role
- Palliative care experience
- Current Registration with the AHPRA
- Community Care experience will be highly regarded
- Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
- Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written
- A current Australian driver's licence
