Our 24/7 Palliative Services aim to ensure people with life-limiting illnesses receive the support and comfort they need to remain at home, surrounded by friends and family they love, for as long as possible. In this role you are passionate in contributing to the wellbeing and comfort of your clients and work with compassion and patience.

You will have 2 + years Post Grad Enrolled Nursing experience. Using your exceptional assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills, you will provide an optimum standard of best care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.
- 2 + years Post Grad broad experience in an Enrolled Nurse role
- Palliative care experience
- Current Registration with the AHPRA
- Community Care experience will be highly regarded
- Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
- Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written
- A current Australian driver's licence
