We are seeking passionate and energetic Enrolled Nurses to join our ever-growing team at Bethanie Dalyellup.
Bethanie Dalyellup is our new aged care home located in SOUTH BUNBURY, it has 6 themed houses and facilities including a café, bar and hair salon in a beautifully appointed, two-storey contemporary aged care home with 120 beds.
This role is currently offering flexibility with morning, afternoon and night duty shifts available on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Role:
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide hands-on care to residents while supporting and mentoring a multi-skilled team with a focus on learning and safety.
Carrying out nursing care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Consulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basis
Implementing care plans as documented
Assisting in assessing residents within the ACFI criteria and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements
Communicating effectively with a variety of people and contributing to teamwork within the workplace
Participating in continuing personal development and education
About You:
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
Previous experience with dementia care would be an advantage
Ability to work independently and professionally
Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to a person-centred care approach when providing care services
Previous experience with ACFI documentation
A current police clearance, or willingness to apply for one
Willingness to obtain any relevant vaccinations required
