Friday: 1500-2215Please note, you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered.Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of residents through appropriate assessments
- Contribute to the allocation of workload for care staff
- Support residents with care requirements in line with scope of practice
- Monitor and assist in administering medications
- Provide oversight and leadership to care staff
- Supervise and mentor care staff on shifts and provide support
- Complete ANACC documentation, assessments, care plan reviews, evaluations & Riskman reporting
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Aged Care as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Current AHPRA registration
- Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
- Valid NDIS screen (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
- Successful completion of pre-employment form and reference checks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to attend a paid 2-day (Monday & Tuesday) induction at our Rivervale Training Institute
