The Role:
UHC are seeking Enrolled/ Registered Nurses for a young female participant in Grange.
There are requirements to be available Wednesday through to Sunday night, 24/7 care.
The participant's perference is a female nurse.
We are offering the following pay rate
- Day shift $41.85 per hour
- Evening shift $46.04 per hour
- Night shift $46.87 per hour
- Saturday shift $62.78 per hour
- Sunday shift $73.24 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming with another support worker
- Providing mental health support
- Administering medication and monitoring the effects
- Assessing and monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of participant
- Providing respite Wednesday to Sunday night
- Community Access
- Domestic Duties such as cleaning, laundry, groceries and cooking
Skills & Experiences:
- Australian Driver Licence
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Enrolled/Registered Nurse
- Current National Police Clearance (within 36 months)
- NDIS Worker Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
- Experience with seizures / midazolam management
- Experience with DID
- Mental Health First Aid not required but highly regarded
