Our client is a Business and Tech consulting firm based in West Perth and are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to work in a close-knit team. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake a diverse range of tasks and initiatives. If you are hands on, have a strong attention to detail and have proven experience in a fast pace environment - then this role is for you.
Under guidance of the operations team, your role will include:
- Providing administration support to a small team.
- Timesheet, Invoicing and debt management
- Payroll preparation (no payroll experience required)
- Client engagement (journey) management
- New team member on-boarding and probation processing
- Records and document management
- Management of office tools, templates and databases
- Administration and management of internal business systems
- Participate in organizing internal company events
- Management of premises, office supplies and assets
- Identifying and implementing changes to internal business processes
The skills, experience, and traits that we are looking for are:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to work in a face paced environment
- At least 3 years experience in undertaking administrative tasks
- A good level of experience in using and managing internal business systems
- Experience in organizing events, liaising with key stakeholders and adhering to deadlines.
- Is aligned with our principles and our commitment to creating remarkable people and client journeys
- Is a self-starter and motivated to continually improve
- Is hands-on, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in the outputs they produce

Please note that applicants must have full working rights without restrictions in Australia and be currently based in Perth.
Both permanent full-time and permanent part-time options can be considered.
