About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to work with us on a full-time basis.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Providing basic care, assisting with personal hygiene, and administering medications
· Identifying medical conditions
· Documenting the residents condition and progress and providing support to other members of the care team
· Creating and implementing individual care plans
· Assist and support residents with activities of daily living
· Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for residents family and visitors
Key Selection Criteria
· 2+ years’ Full time work experience
· Relevant tertiary education
· AHPRA registration
· Exceptional organization, communication and time management skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
