AddressDermatology SA is currently recruiting for a highly motivated Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse. We are a multi-site practice that operates across the hours of 7.30 – 6.00pm The position available is Casual and you must be available to work across all sites. Previous experience within a specialist clinic is desirable, although not essential.
The nursing team work closely with our Dermatologists in assisting in a wide range of procedures. They are responsible for a wide variety of tasks which include:
- Assisting doctors/setup of sterile procedures
- UVB therapy
- Wound care/removal of sutures
- Autoclave/sterilising
- Biologic patient education and administration
- High standard in ongoing patient care
- Knowledge of medical terminology and computer systems
- Patch test applications
Essential requirements for our nurses:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Police Check
- Working with Children check
The ideal person will have the flexibility to work across 3 sites when required. They will have empathy and respect for both their team and patients.
