About the role
We are seeking a casual (flexibility Mon-Fri) Enrolled Nurse to join our clinic. This role will also require Receptionist duties.
The culture of our practices is professional, in a relaxed and happy, down-to-earth environment.
The main objective of this role is to provide a high level of customer service and front desk reception.
The duties and responsibilities are:
- Assisting Doctors with Excisions and Procedures
- Suture Removals
- Dressings and Wound Care
- Sterilisation and Infection Control
- Patient Education
- Stock Control
- Efficient management of patient data, appointments and procedures
- Processing patients billings/receipts
You will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse (Skin Cancer clinic or General Practice experience preferable)
- Registered with AHPRA
- Previous medical reception experience
- Knowledge and experience using Best Practice preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision
- Ability to present professionally
- Strong ability to multi-task a must
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Preferably experience in a Skin or General Practice environment
- Ability to work flexible hours
