The Role:
UHC are seeking Enrolled/ Registered Nurses for a young female participant in Grange.
There are requirements to be available Wednesday through to Sunday night, 24/7 care.
The participant's perference is a female nurse.
We are offering the following pay rate
Day shift $41.85 per hour
Evening shift $46.04 per hour
Night shift $46.87 per hour
Saturday shift $62.78 per hour
Sunday shift $73.24 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming with another support worker
Providing mental health support
Administering medication and monitoring the effects
Assessing and monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of participant
Providing respite Wednesday to Sunday night
Community Access
Domestic Duties such as cleaning, laundry, groceries and cooking
Skills & Experiences:
Australian Driver Licence
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Enrolled/Registered Nurse
Current National Police Clearance (within 36 months)
NDIS Worker Check
Working with Children Check
Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
Experience with seizures / midazolam management
Experience with DID
Mental Health First Aid not required but highly regarded
