AddressPrincess Alexandra Hospital, Hepatobiliary and Acute Surgical Unit are looking for Enrolled Nurses to join their team. The Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary and Acute Surgical Unit is a 28-bed ward specializing in HPB surgery, Acute Surgical, and Trauma, catering to patients from Metro South Health Service District, Queensland, Northern NSW, and overseas. This role will practice under the supervision of Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives, providing evidence-based person-centred care, consolidating your knowledge and skills.

About the Role
- Accountable for Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and own standards, actions, and the outcomes of own nursing/midwifery practice and supervision of Assistant in Nursing (AIN) as required.
- Adhere to established guidelines, protocols, procedures, standards, and systems of work as set out by the HPB/ASU 4C Ward, MSHHS and Department of Health, Queensland.
- Demonstrate a commitment to increase knowledge, skills and competencies through contributing to quality healthcare, through lifelong learning and professional development of self and others.
- Participate with other members of the HPB/ASU 4C Ward team in providing support, orientation, and mentorship to the healthcare team, including new and less experienced staff.
