The school prioritises professional development and fosters a vibrant community focused on Christian character, enterprise skills, and academic mastery.About the RoleThe Enrolments Registrar will join a small enrolments office team and will be the first point of contact for prospective families. The role will work closely and collaboratively with the Director of Enrolments (DoE) and the Enrolments Administrator, taking responsibility and care for accuracy of work in a complex environment. Main duties include:
  • Provide a personalised experience to prospective families that consistently delivers a passionate customer service ethic as well as strong, timely communication
  • Respond to enrolment enquiries, process applications, assist in the preparation of enrolment interviews, and undertake interviews in the Primary years (P-6)
  • Co-manage and attend various enrolment activities including school tours, information evenings, expos, events, open days and student interviews
  • In partnership with the Enrolments Administrator, answer enquiries concerning enrolments and departures, maintain accurate data for wait-listed applicants and maintain students’ information on the database and CRM
  • Work collaboratively with the DoE on both strategic and tactical enrolment initiatives
A bit about you
  • A regular practicing member of a Christian Church
  • Experience working in a similar role - independent education or tertiary sectors preferred
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to have difficult conversations
  • Proficiency in school management systems and CRM's
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and an understanding of the Privacy Act and its implications in the education sector
