Position Overview
The Enterprise Account Sales Executive is a key sales role that directly interfaces with selected named accounts, across the ANZ & ASEAN regions. The Enterprise Account Sales Executive is supporting the Named Account responsible for growing token consumption within the Account(s) to meet/ exceed business objectives
Responsibilities
Account Development – drive results

  • Drive expansion in collaboration with Named Account team
  • Hunt for, and identify leads, to drive expansion
  • Research customer business challenges and promote corresponding Autodesk solutions
  • Achieve incremental token growth from existing accounts
  • Align strategy and plans with Named Account team
  • Effectively leverage the Autodesk eco system in building relevant messaging and momentum
  • Grow faster than the competition – gain market share
  • Ensure best in class forecasting
  • Leadership – influence & lead into the future
  • Develop, communicate & execute on a AEC Named Accounts sales strategy
  • Partner with other teams, align & influence within the Autodesk matrix
  • Communicate at all levels internally & externally including C-level communication
  • Continuous improvement through change management – strong change manager
Drives Business Results
  • Meet/ exceed annual & multi-year targets
  • Leverage our pricing, packaging & business models to maximize returns & unique business value from our Infrastructure Solutions
  • Maximize individual sales opportunities
  • Create effective proposals that link our solution to the customer business
  • Effectively negotiate customer agreements
Develops Accounts
  • Develop important & effective relationships within the account including Key Executives
  • Translate customer challenges & opportunities into unique business value for Autodesk
  • Ensure the Autodesk team delivers Business Value to the Account(s)
  • Build effective Account Business plan & execute upon the plan
  • Build, maintains & grows opportunity pipeline within Account(s)
  • Use sound call planning to drive business results & makes continuous improvement in moving Autodesk from vendor to trusted advisor
Executes Strong Business Practices
  • Provide timely, accurate & detailed forecasts
  • Effectively leverage chosen sales processes, tools & methodologies
  • Provide effective internal information as requested (i.e. Ops reviews, customer info…)
  • Construct internal/external presentations in an effective & professional manner
Leverages the Extended Sales Team
  • Coordinate, influence & orchestrate all of the appropriate resources for Account &/or Opportunity development
  • Able to build & influence a global/ virtual team (sales, support & consulting)
  • Develop strong working relations across GEOs & functions (finance, operations, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
  • Either, a proven sales track record carrying a quota in a direct Enterprise sales environment, preferably focused on the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry, with strong sales process & account planning skills
  • Or, industry experience, e.g. contract Management, Bid Management
  • Proven executive selling & relationship experience
  • Track record of identifying leads and winning new business
Preferred Qualifications
  • Autodesk Product Knowledge would be advantageous
  • SaaS Sales background
