The Enterprise Business Analyst (EBA) as part of the Strategic Execution function reports to the Head of Strategy and Strategic Execution.

The EBA will provide support across prioritised enterprise-level initiatives that are strategic pieces of work involving one or more business segment and shared services areas.

The role will be required to complete complex impact assessments, requirements elicitation, process mapping, process improvement and solution delivery in line with our Enterprise Agile ways of working and organisational Value Defined Framework (VDF). Typically, the EBA will work closely with our Enterprise Delivery Managers (EDMs) to facilitate the effective delivery of these strategic initiatives.

In a Strategic Execution context, the EBA plays a crucial role in helping the organisation achieve its strategic objectives. The EBA works closely with the EDM, senior management, stakeholders within the segment & crews to define and execute strategic initiatives and to help measure progress against key performance indicators. The Enterprise Business Analyst also plays a key role in managing change and ensuring successful adoption of new systems or processes.
