Location: Sydney CBD / WFH Hybrid - 2 days in the office
About You:
- Extensive experience (10 year+) working in complex business system environments, implementing business process or system change and improvements
- Proven systems analysis skills using Agile methodologies.
- Experience working within the public sector is desirable.
Key Accountabilities:
- Review end to end policy instruments ensuring legislative compliance and future proofing of business operations and systems.
- Research, analyse, comply with, and apply relevant legislation ensuring efficient and fit for purpose business systems and processes.
- Engage and collaborate with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business requirement, from high level scope to detailed scope of work and deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into functional design specifications using best practice business analysis methodologies.
- Monitor and report on potential risks and issues and propose viable solutions.
- Manage ongoing communication with the Application Development Team to ensure that business needs are clearly understood and will be met by the systems under development.
