The Client

Our university client is seeking Senior Business Analyst to join the team. You’ll responsible for assisting the implementation stream of the project to ensure that end-to-end project dependencies and timelines are managed

The Role

• Work with multiple streams leads to monitor project progress, in particular in relation to key inter-stream dependencies.
• Assist with the development and execution of a deployment plan including a checklist of all business and technical readiness activities.
• Raise project risks and issues as required and monitor their progress and resolutions.
• Assist other Stream Leads, as required, in order to remediate implementation blockers
• Act on behalf of the Implementation Stream Lead as required.
• Maintain accurate records of requirements, changes, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding between both parties.

Essential Skills

• A Degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or information management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in complex / large organisations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, work under pressure, work autonomously and meet deadlines.
