AddressGreat Southern Bank's Enterprise Quality Assurance Team is seeking a new Senior Analyst, Governance and Reporting to join the team for a 6-month max-term contract. This opportunity will allow you to make a great impact on our organisation, in a short period of time.
In this role you will collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the enterprise to design and implement new QA functions to agreed timeframes. You will provide support and assistance to the wider EQA Delivery Team to ensure they can execute Quality Assurance and provide meaningful reporting and insights. This position is located in the Brisbane CBD office with the flexibility to work from home two days per week.
Your Responsibilities:
Governance:
• Discovery, design, and implementation of new QA functions in QA tool (CX-One).
• Maintenance of existing QA functions in CX-One.
• Creation and maintenance of QA instructions in Confluence.
• Execution and maintenance of tools to facilitate core aspects of the EQA Approach such as preparing and uploading samples and maintenance of review and Reporting calendar.
Reporting:
• Design and execution of QA reporting to improve business performance, understanding of risks and adherence to compliance and regulatory obligations.
• Creation and maintenance of reporting procedures in Confluence.
• Finalise and publish monthly reports & dashboards, in Excel or Power BI in accordance with the reporting cycle set out by the EQA Approach and Reporting calendar.
• Support the EQA Delivery Team and stakeholders by providing training as required in the use of all tools, i.e., CX-One, Excel, Power BI.
About you:
• 3-5+ years' experience in a lending, operations, or Quality Assurance role in financial services.
• 1-2+ years' experience in a project environment, working with multiple priorities.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite of products, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using QA tools and processes to build and maintain QA functions.
• Advanced skills in data visualisation, reporting and analytical techniques and tools.
• Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills, highly developed ability to gather, analyse and evaluate facts.
• Strong written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills, including technical writing, the ability to convey technical and complex information in understandable, relatable terms and report writing skills.
