• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry updates to provide relevant information to clients.
• Manage reservations, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering personalized service and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to negotiate deals, discounts, and special offers for clients.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary; we'll provide training and support.
• Willingness to learn and become proficient in using travel booking platforms and software.
• Develop a strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be fluent in English, bilingual a plus!
