Your new company 
Join a Big 4 Australian multinational bank who are committed to providing the best service and assistance to new and existing customers and businesses. They require a number of individuals with financial services experience across customer service, retail banking and/or operations that hold a genuine interest in Financial Crime and improving customers' experience.  The roles will be based in Sydney, starting mid to late July for 12 months.  

Your new role As an Entry Level Financial Crime candidate, you will be working in a processing based position that will have a small component of phone based customer service. Additionally, you will be:

Performing KYC on new and/or existing business customers

Onboarding companies and trusts 

Analysing company structures and collecting data points through phone and email

Speaking with businesses on th phone to chase and follow up on documentation whilst providing excellent customer service

Working to a high standard of quality and output

What you'll need to succeed 
The successful candidate MUST:

Be available to start in July and to work full time hours for 12 months, working one week of evenings every 2 months (latest finish is 8pm)

Previous experience working in financial services – branch, operations or contact centre

Fantastic customer service skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

The ability to understand how to effectively manage a busy workload

What you'll get in return 
If you are successful in this role, you will receive: 

A temporary position, working Monday to Friday 8.30-5 with one week of evening shifts (latest finish 8pm) every 2 months

You will be offered flexibility in working from home 2/3 days per week after the successful completion of your training period, which will require 100% attendance in their Sydney CBD office for around 2 months

$350 per day + Super depending on experience
