Position:Change Manager
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Location: Sydney
Day Rate: $900-$1000 + super
Preference for candidates who are immediately available or 1 week notice
About the Role:
As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation of our regulatory program. Your expertise will ensure that all stakeholders are aligned, engaged, and well-prepared to adapt to new regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for the regulatory program.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Design and implement effective communication plans to ensure clarity and buy-in from all levels of the organization.
- Working on a new KYC system, target operating model and other initiatives
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Monitor and report on change progress, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Requirements:
- Prior Change Manager experience within a Financial Crime program or similar
- Proven experience in change management, preferably within regulatory or compliance programs.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are a plus.
