We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Enthusiastic and fun who enjoys face to face interaction
- Bubbly, outgoing personality and happy to work in a fast paced environment
- Has amazing communication skills or would like to develop theirs
- A team player who’s also willing to work autonomously
- Passionate about getting to know different clients & new products
- Build effective relationships and on-board-high-value donors
- Excited to meet targets, KPI’s and earning commissions
- Over 18 with full working rights in Australia
- Attractive remuneration: $80K-$120K OTE
- Full Time Role: $60 - $80k Base plus commission
- No Weekend work
- Training and progression: Ongoing one on one training on site as well as in office training with qualified trainers and managers
- Amazing team culture with a fun young team and team building activities
- Travel around on Road trips to places like Brisbane, Newcastle or Cairns
