Collaborating directly to the Branch Manager and play a crucial role in growing the Ezytrail brand.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will step into a dynamic and constantly evolving position. Duties will include:

Driving point on daily branch operations, like opening / closing, arranging and disassembling displays

• Enhance the presentation of our products in the showroom / sales yard and employ your distinctive style to create an enticing display of vans and trailers for our customers viewing
• Be the dynamic hub for all phone, walk-in, and online sales inquiries, infusing enthusiasm and delivering exceptional service
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to target new market segments that will increase sales
• Take charge of the pre-delivery process & handover process! Make it your own as long as you're ensuring all customer vans are scheduled for collection with a detailed handover report and presented well to their new owners 
• Assist with the branch warranty repairs and maintenance schedule
   

What We Expect:

This role is autonomous with a broad scope, requiring a proactive individual unafraid to get their hands dirty. Strong communication skills are a must, and you should thrive on the variety and challenges of working in a bustling showroom as part of a vibrant team. Proficiency with computers is essential.

Bonus Points:

While not necessary, the following will give you a head start in your new role:

Previous exposure to the Caravan, Boating, or Camping sector

A rich background engaging with customers face - face 

Knowledge of 12V electrical systems and plumbing

A forklift license

Towing experience (up to 3 tons)
