Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Parsram Foods, you will be the ambassador of our brand, tasked with nurturing and expanding our client base. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional service to our existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with current customers and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and sustain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalise sales deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in the food industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual – Fluent in Hindi.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
