We have an amazing opportunity available for an Environmental Approvals Co-ordinator to support the Environment and Sustainability team in managing Environmental Approval documentation and compliance activities. This will include the review of the projects consistency assessments and revisions to approved management plans.
In your new role you will assist with management of documentation and compliance requirements related to the State Significant Infrastructure approval (IA). You will support with internal and external reporting and preparation of correspondence to external regulators.
You will have a focus on and be able to effectively manage expectations at all levels. A self-starter, you will thrive in a busy and ever changing, fast paced environment and will enjoy working autonomously.

What are we looking for?
- Degree qualification in Environmental Science or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of environmental compliance risks associated with electricity networks or similar linear infrastructure.
- A current Drivers Licence.
- Extensive experience in managing documentation relating to compliance or systems.
- Participate as a team member in providing assurance checks of various work practices and prepare reports.
- Assess and show judgment of circumstances in respect of the sensitivity or potential impact of various issues and activities.
- The position holder is required to be conversant with a range of Corporate standards and procedures.
