We need someone skilled in stakeholder engagement, outreach, and customer support, with a knack for project management and problem-solving. If you have experience in program delivery, communications, or sustainability consulting in the built environment or corporate sustainability, we want you on our team.

Key accountabilities include:
- Strategize and execute engaging campaigns, from communications to webinars and in-person events.
- Address external queries with finesse, showcasing a thorough understanding of the program.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping our engagement strategy.
- Develop informative and appealing materials for both internal and external use.
- Take charge of monthly level 1 rating audits.
- Conduct monthly level 1 rating audits with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage a portfolio of Cases, providing essential customer and technical support.
- Assist building stakeholders in evaluating and improving their environmental performance.
- Proven experience in the stakeholder engagement space.
- Experience working within the environmental and sustainability space.
- Government experience would be desirable.
