The Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated Environmental Graduate wanting to join us on our journey as we commission and ramp-up our new Rare Earths Processing Facility to full production rates. This is a fantastic opportunity as a new graduate to get exposure to an operational processing plant and all aspects of environmental monitoring and compliance that comes with it.
Reporting to the Senior Environmental Advisor, this role is being offered on a 12-month minimum fixed term contract with a Monday – Friday roster, so you will be home every night and have your weekends off.

You will be Responsible for:
- Conducting environmental monitoring (e.g. flora, fauna, dust, groundwater, waste) data entry, and technical report preparation.
- Participating in site inspections and audits, including external audits and assist in environmental incident investigations.
- Management of environmental consultants and contractors.
- Assisting in the delivery of environmental training and awareness to project personnel promoting continuous improvement in environmental management.
- Ensuring environmental risks are identified and suitably controlled, and a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
About you:
- Unwavering approach to safety
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Resources or Conservation Science, Environmental or Equivalent.
- Confident, practical and happy to work both inside an office and outside in the plant engaging with plant personnel at all levels of the organization.
- WA unencumbered C class drivers’ license.
- Must reside within the Goldfields region for our residential site for the 12 months fixed term.
