Position: Call Centre / Data Entry Centre Representative
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Must: Pass a National Criminal History Check / Police Clearance
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Perform Data Entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in call centre or Data Entry roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Data Entry software and CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a team environment.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday within the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
