We are excited to offer an opportunity for Customer Service Officers who are passionate about helping people and are looking for short, flexible work hours. As a vital part of Victoria's big build projects, you'll be working outdoors in bus replacement services, directly engaging with the public in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Role Overview:
Responsibilities: Making announcements on buses, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and recording information on handheld devices.
Shifts: 6 AM - 9 AM & 3 PM - 6 PM on a rotating roster basis, allowing for a fresh and adaptable schedule.
Locations: Near various Melbourne metropolitan train stations, ensuring easy commutes and diverse workdays.
Nature of Work: This is a casual role and ad-hoc, changing monthly based on our clients' needs.
Requirements:
Experience: Face-to-face Customer Service, effective communication, handling high volumes of people and enquiries, delivering verbal messages to groups, working well under pressure.
Skills: Reliable transport, neat presentation, flexibility with start and finish times, positive attitude, quick thinking, ability to work outdoors.
Attire: Own smart attire (white shirt, black trousers, black comfortable shoes).
Tools: Smartphone or tablet with mobile data for logging data and clocking in shifts.
