About the role:
Reporting to the Administration & Supply Manager, your role will include:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, quotes, invoicing and purchase orders.
- Customer Service and assistance with account management.
- Processing online orders.
- Assist with inventory management
- Stock takes and Stock Checks
- Excise Tax
- General administrative duties including answering phones, scanning, filling and maintaining data bases.
About you:
- Available for full time work (Office Based)
- Intermediate level in Microsoft outlook, Work and Excel.
- Solid data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to multi-task.
- Basic knowledge and experience in inventory management software systems.
- Customer service experience.
- Punctuality, reliability and a ‘can do’ attitude.
