**Key Responsibilities:**

• Finance Officers: Manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and provide support for budgeting and forecasting.
• Payroll Officers: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Payments Officers: Handle all aspects of payments processing, including invoice verification and vendor payments.
• Rates & Property Officers: Administer rates, taxes, and property-related financial activities, including assessments and billing.
• Income Officers: Monitor and manage income streams, including revenue collection and debtor management.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in finance-related roles preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
