**Key Responsibilities:**
- Finance Officers: Manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and provide support for budgeting and forecasting.
- Payroll Officers: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, taxes, and benefits.
- Payments Officers: Handle all aspects of payments processing, including invoice verification and vendor payments.
- Rates & Property Officers: Administer rates, taxes, and property-related financial activities, including assessments and billing.
- Income Officers: Monitor and manage income streams, including revenue collection and debtor management.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in finance-related roles preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
