Opportunity available in the South Eastern suburbs, Melbourne - no experience necessary!

Are you ready for a career change where you can work outdoors and indulge your passion for plants? There are jobs available now in the horticultural industry and we're looking for people like you!

You'll receive an income while you complete training as part of the Grow Your Future program.

ABOUT THESE JOBS

No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a passion for horticulture. There are full-time and part-time jobs available.

Tasks vary, but may include: hand sowing seeds labelling plant trays picking/packing and dispatching plant products propagating maintenance, including planting, weeding, and watering quality checking vegetative and seed raised trays

You will receive:

• 3 days of Pre-vocational training
• 3 days of Introduction to Horticulture program
• the opportunity to do more paid training mentoring and other support from industry experts as you begin your horticultural career.

ABOUT YOU

• We're looking for people who enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and twisting, have a willingness to learn, and above all, a positive attitude.
• Previous experience on a production line would be useful, but not essential
