Epc Engineer

Our large client has an opening for aTelecommunications EPC Engineer in Perth on a contract basis.

EPC Engineer - Engineering, procurement and Construction
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivery of the approved scope through the project lifecycle stages.
• Work with and lead a team of project engineers and technicians.
• Develop schedule, cost, risk, issues, quality, reporting, project change control, etc.
• Attend asset planning meetings, liaise with stakeholders, ensure all deliverables for a project are understood and progressed according to plan.

Requirements and Skills:

• Previous technical experience in telecommunications systems is desired, especially Cisco and e.g.

• IP networking (LAN, WAN, wireless)
• IOT (LoRaWAN)
• Radio systems (analog and digital)
• Microwave radio
• VSAT
• Cabling systems
• PAGA
• CCTV
• Entertainment
• Power systems
• Network management systems (Solarwinds)

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience delivering waterfall type design and construct projects
• Previous oil and gas experience is desirable
• SAP experience is beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required for high level of stakeholder engagement
