Epoxy Flooring Applicator / Site Supervisor

Safeguard Commercial Flooring Pty Ltd is a well-established family-owned commercial flooring company, based on the Central Coast NSW. We are filling the void from one of our most experienced applicators, who is off on Workers Comp. and seeking experienced Flooring Applicators to join us. We are on the lookout for skilled professional with expertise in the Resin Flooring area.

Looking for someone honest, reliable, clean and organised to produce high quality work, with an eye for detail is a must.

Must be flexible with working hours as there will be weekend and afterhours work.

The ideal applicant must have:

• 2-3 years Experience
• White card is essential
• MR driver's license desirable but not necessary
• Work by themselves
• Keep to deadlines
• Leadership and supervisor skills
• Great timekeeping and communication
• Be able to greet and speak with customers

What we are offering?

Competitive casual / full time rates 

Hourly rate dependant on experience, 

Installing
-Epoxy Coatings, Epoxy Mortar Screeds and Coving, Flake Systems, Polyurethane Cement Flooring & ESD Flooring

Main responsibilities and duties: 

• Concrete preparation, including grinding, sanding, scarification
• Concrete patching and repairs
• Resin coating of concrete 
• Decorative finishes - preferred but not essential
• Screeding
• Coving and finishing
• Demarcation
• Surface preparation - Concrete floor grinding, pressure cleaning, floor levelling, remedial floor repairs.
• Floor Coatings- Concrete floor sealing, Epoxy Flooring, concrete floor resurfacing, commercial kitchen flooring, concrete floor coating (Commercial only).
• Floor Safety- Non-slip floor coatings, Safety flooring.
• Concrete polishing knowledge but not essential

This is not a dead end labouring job, if you work hard and show initiative, there is plenty of room for growth.

You need :-

Basic PPE (knee pads, long work pants, work boots)

Enthusiasm, attention to detail and good workmanship

Full face respirator and Hi-Vis shirt, safety glasses, hard hat, gloves provided 

Note: Job is quite labour intensive, so hard workers are essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a growing and stable company, with ongoing projects for prominent clients in the NSW area. Some projects may require work on weekends or outside of Central Coast NSW and Interstate.
