To continue its success, Mercedes-Benz Waverley is now seeking an EQ Product Manager who can welcome our customers to the Mercedes-EQ family by making their ownership journey an unforgettable experience.
What's the role about?
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work with an exciting, innovative luxury brand within a prestigious and professional dealership and enjoy being part of a friendly, customer-focused team.
- You will manage the customer’s EQ experience from purchase to delivery using your exceptional customer service skills and strong product knowledge.
- You will educate them on how to effectively use their new Mercedes-EQ and provide them with ongoing support through the life cycle of their vehicle.
- Actively following up on customer queries and anticipating their needs.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products.
- Drive sales, upsell and meet monthly targets.
- Maintain data history on our software system.
- Delivering vehicles.
- Providing post-delivery support.
- Demonstrating our values and supporting behaviours.
Who are we looking for?
- Your niche sells prestige luxury vehicles, and you know what it means to go above and beyond every time (EV sales will place you in high regard)
- Desire to exceed customer expectations, matching them with their dream car.
- Communication, both written and verbal, is vital with good PC skills
- Enthusiasm in abundance.
- Ability to listen and understand.
- Winning attitude.
- Be competitive.
- Reliable, honest, highly motivated, and well-presented.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Applicants must hold a valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
- Very competitive salary package of up to $150,000, including base salary, commissions, a car allowance and superannuation
- 5-day working week (including Saturdays)
