You will be joining a team of pros with access to a global team of over 200+ Product experts across the Flutter Group. With over 2.3 million customers you will have the opportunity to work on product experiences from Safer gambling to Same Game Multis and Live Streaming. Based in Melbourne, the role is accountable for delivering brilliant products and experiences for customers across Sportsbet's product portfolio.Reporting to the Head of Product, this role will work closely with Product Delivery, Brand, Marketing, Analytics, Customer Operations, Finance and Risk & Trade.Responsibilities Include:
- Leading innovation to identify new product opportunities and optimise existing products
- Developing product roadmaps that ensure Sportsbet delivers maximum value to customers and the business
- Lifecycle management of in-market products ensuring ongoing value creation, including leading GTM activities to launch and grow the product portfolio
- Undertaking market and competitor analysis, continuously assessing product strengths and weaknesses to inform strategic direction
- Coaching and developing product capability across team and business
