Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for an Equipment Service Advisor in our Hamilton Branch. This role is integral to the success of CablePrice and we are looking for someone who wants to provide our customers with exceptional service. In this role, your focus will be on supplying our customers with a highest level of service through excellent communication and attention to detail. You will become the single point of contact for the customer, providing relevant, accurate, and timely information through each stage of the service process, ensuring customer expectations are not only met but exceeded building long lasting strong relationships.
Other responsibilities include:
- Proactive service scheduling by keeping in touch with valued customers
- Working on increasing after sales profitability
- Working closely with the workshop to maximise utilisation of resources
- Managing the work in progress (WIP) in partnership with the workshop
- First point of contact for customers on the day to capture all repair and service work in detail
- Present full service details and explain additional repairs and requirements to clients for authorisation
- Processing of customer payment for invoices
- Monitoring of daily repair orders and keeping customers informed of progress, delays and collection time
- Raising Internal / warranty & customer invoicing and purchase orders.
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal & written
- High level of computer literacy
- The ability to perform under pressure and to prioritise and multitask in a time-driven environment.
- Demonstrated problem solving, logistics and/or service experience.
- Knowledge of the automotive or heavy transport industry would be desirable and will prove beneficial.
