The Role:
Due to steady growth in business an exciting opportunity has become available for a Field Service Support in our Melbourne headquarter. The role will be reporting to National Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering technical and application support on-site to customers by analysing, diagnosing, and rectifying equipment issues to minimise downtime of Sinoboom products.
- Performing technical training with customers.
- Reporting faults back to factory both online and on paper
- Implement product trials, monitor trials and record data required and customer focused solutions.
- Cooperatively working with sales team to improve client interaction, becoming an ethical ambassador for Sinoboom and Sinoboom products to grow the business further within the marketplace.
- Ensure warranty claims submitted in a timely manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Trade Certificate
- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience will be highly regarded.
- Field service exposure will be highly regarded, including providing breakdown solutions and diagnostics,
- EWP products experience will be highly regarded.
- A minimum of C class License
- Auto Electrical experience will be highly regarded
- Hydraulic experience will be highly regarded.
- Ability to follow required job scope & critical path.
- Safety focused mindset is paramount.
- Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- A proven high level of customer service
