An exciting opportunity now exists to join Project Avenir as an ERP Project Manager.
Project Avenir is transforming our technology and our business! We’re implementing a new ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). D365 is a leading-edge cloud-based platform that will enable more efficient business processes and provide a modern technology foundation for our supply chain and customer-facing systems.
What Will You Do?
In this exciting 18-month Fixed Term opportunity, you will utilize your leadership experience and broad knowledge across Business & Information Technology domains to support the Avenir program through the design, build and deployment of the SSC phase.
The ERP Project Manager will have the ability to balance business strategic needs while ensuring the suitability of solution outcomes against the specific needs of the project.
You will manage technical team members in the delivery of a project, and will provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to less-experienced individuals.
You will:
- Be responsible for delivery of the Avenir Integration design and build (Including testing) solution
- Support delivery of the Avenir Cutover including detailed and sequenced plan, Dress Rehearsal plan and execution, Hypercare approach and leadership and Design and execution of the Transition to BAU
- Ensure that Program timeline and budget is met
- Ensure Zero harm measures are met through active participation of safety processes

More About You
- Demonstrated experience in Senior IT roles
- Proven competency in solution definition for large scale transformation programmes, in alignment to enterprise architecture
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as ITIL and TOGAF
- Team oriented Agile and Devops practitioner, delivering projects using agile methodologies
- Experience with broad range of information technology processes with demonstrated ability in:
- Conceptual Solution Definition and Project Architecture
- Knowledge of Business Architecture frameworks & solutions
- Knowledge of Integration Architecture frameworks & solutions
