- Cost Estimation: Assist in performing quantity takeoffs and preliminary cost estimates based on project plans and specifications.
- Bid Preparation: Collaborate with the estimating team to prepare accurate and competitive bids and tender submissions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation related to estimates, bids, and project costing.
- Communication: Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain necessary information and ensure alignment on project requirements.
