Duties may include:
To provide admin support to building certifiers and cadets by preparing new building applications ready for certification and managing building inspections and certificates such as:- Documenting and maintaining accurate records and files
- Booking in inspections
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders, including communication throughout the building permit process
- Assisting with fee proposals
- Supervising the admin team and providing support to enable efficient workflow delivery
- Responding to correspondence within acceptable timeframes
- Data entry and use of database
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices
- Sourcing information and setting up new clients
- Handling operational queries, internal and external, as required
- Seeking improvement to procedures and processes
- Assisting with general office management
ABOUT YOU
- Experience either working for a certification/consultancy company or builder is essential
- Proficient with Microsoft suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and bubbly attitude is a must as you will be joining a very positive working environment they intend on maintaining
