With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Estimator to join their team and contribute to their continued success.Key Responsibilities:
· Experience in D&C Projects: Demonstrate proficiency in pricing Design and Construct (D&C) projects, including pre-construction design management. · Project Management Skills: Ability to seamlessly step in and fulfil Project Manager duties when required. · Creative Problem Solver: Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box and challenge design and construction methodologies. · Bid Strategies and Risk Analysis: Develop effective bid strategies and conduct thorough project risk analysis. · Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit tenders in a timely and accurate manner. · Subcontractor Management: Analyze subcontract submissions and provide recommendations based on a comprehensive understanding of project requirements. · Project Support: Assist in project programming and material procurement to ensure efficient project execution. · Industry Relationships: Develop and maintain rapport within the industry, fostering strong trade relationships. · Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive, optimistic, and enthusiastic approach to work, coupled with resilience and a willingness to tackle any challenge.
Qualifications and Experience: · Proven experience in estimating for D&C projects, with a focus on pre-construction design management. · Capability to assume Project Manager duties when necessary. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Previous experience in bid strategies, risk analysis, and tender preparation. · Knowledge of project programming and material procurement processes. · Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive industry relationships.
