Estimator - Collision Repairs

At Gemini Wangara we are a large, modern workshop with a family friendly feel. We do a variety of repairs from small to large. With our spacious work bays, you will have the room to do your best work! Our dedicated team of 22 work together as one to achieve the best quality repairs. We have an exciting opportunity for Estimator - Collision Repair to join our team at Gemini Wangara.

Are you experienced in collision repair estimating? Or are you on the workshop floor with quoting experience?

We are busy collision repair workshop with a great team. You will have a secure position and become an integral part of our team, delivering quality to our customers.

Permanent position. Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
• Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
• Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online.
• Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
• Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as required.
• Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.
• Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
• Hand over completed repairs to customers.
