We're on the Lookout For: A highly skilled Panel Beater with a wealth of experience in repairing Tesla and other prestige brand vehicles. The perfect candidate possesses a blend of technical expertise, precision, and a passion for the automotive industry's most innovative and luxurious cars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform top-quality panel repairs on Tesla and other high-end vehicles.
- Utilize specialized tools and techniques required for aluminum and composite materials.
- Assess and repair vehicle structures using manufacturer-approved methods.
- Align and calibrate sophisticated vehicle systems and electronic components.
- Collaborate with our team of experts to ensure seamless integration of bodywork with advanced vehicle systems.
- Adhere strictly to repair protocols, ensuring safety and quality standards meet or exceed manufacturer specifications.
- Work closely with our customer service team to maintain clear communication and exceptional service for vehicle owners.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Panel Beater, specifically with Tesla and luxury vehicles.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Tesla repair techniques and certifications (preferred - but training will be provided for right candidate).
- Familiarity with aluminum body repair processes and equipment.
- Strong understanding of advanced automotive technologies and materials.
- Keen attention to precision and detail in all aspects of body repair.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of electric and luxury vehicle repair.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
